DELIVERY IN INDIA

 

We offer free shipping across India on all our products. All our products are made-to-order and are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. We will send you an email with confirmation after the order is placed.  

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as business days for shipping orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All our products are made-to-order and are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. We will send you an email with confirmation after the order is placed.  

The shipping charges for international shipping will be flat INR 2800/- below order value of INR 25,000/- above which the shipping is free. Any custom charge is borne by the customer.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number and delivery partner details. 

If there is a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing the order. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at thekasialife@gmail.com

We try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you in the mentioned time. However, in case of a delay from a third party, the same shall be communicated to you.

If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly take images of the same and share with us so that timely action can be taken from our end.
