Shipping Policy

DELIVERY IN INDIA

 

We offer free shipping across India on cart value of Rs 3000 and above. For cart value under Rs3000, we charge a standard fee of Rs 80 across India. All our ready products are shipped the next business day via our courier partners and are delivered in next 3-4 days. For our made-to-order sarees, orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. We will send you an email with confirmation after the order is placed with expected delivery dates.

Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted as business days for shipping orders.

We do not have any hidden charges, all our prices are inclusive of taxes. We believe in providing the best with utmost transparency to our very special KASIA community.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All our products are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. We will send you an email with confirmation after the order is placed.  

The shipping charges for international shipping will be flat INR 2800/- below order value of INR 25,000/- above which the shipping is free. Any custom charge is borne by the customer.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number and delivery partner details.

We try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you in the mentioned time. However, in case of a delay from a third party, the same shall be communicated to you.

If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly take images of the same and share with us so that timely action can be taken from our end.
