We at KASIA, believe in delivering the best to our KASIA family :) We make sure the products go through strict quality checks before they are shipped out to you. Since all our products are hand made, there might be certain irregularities which only makes it a one-of-a-kind. Returns based on such irregularities will be considered on case to case basis.
Kindly note that a return is only allowed in case you have received a damaged product. Rest assured, all our products go through quality checks before they are shipped out.
- Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- The exchange/ return facility can be availed only once.
- Sarees with fall & pico will not be returned/exchanged.
- No Refund/exchange for customised orders.
For any queries regarding refund/exchange please write to us at thekasialife@gmail.com with your order ID, snapshots of the issue along with an unboxing video.
Kindly send us the images of the defects as soon as you open the packaging. The approval for return/exchange will be given only after final inspection of the product once we have received it back. We reserve the right to accept/reject an exchange after inspecting the products returned to us.
- The shipping charges for the return to us has to be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will only be done for products and not for shipping charges.
- The return requests will only be entertained within 5 days of receiving the package.
CANCELLATION POLICY
While we do not wish for you to loose on the saree you ordered but we understand if you wish to modify the order or cancel it for now. We are a small made-to-order brand, in case you wish to cancel the order you placed, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order is in production it can't be cancelled.
For all cancellation requests, we'll charge a 5% fee on the order value to help us with the payment gateway charges, rest will be refunded to your choice of payment mode.
