All our products are made-to-order and are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. We will send you an email with confirmation after the order is placed. The shipping charges for international shipping will be flat INR 2800/- below order value of INR 25,000/- above which the shipping is free. Any custom charge is borne by the customer. TRACKING Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number and delivery partner details. If there is a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing the order. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at thekasialife@gmail.com We try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you in the mentioned time. However, in case of a delay from a third party, the same shall be communicated to you. If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly take images of the same and share with us so that timely action can be taken from our end.

After an order is delivered, a refund request can be initiated within the first 2 days of delivery. Kindly note that our products are hand made so there might be certain irregularities in each piece. The product will not be returned/exchanged if they fall in the category of irregularities.
1. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
2. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
3. The exchange/ return facility can be availed only once.
4. Sarees with fall & pico will not be returned/exchanged.
5. No Refund/exchange for customised orders.
6. Refunds will only be done for products and not for shipping charges.

The approval for return/exchange will be given only after final inspection of the product once we have received it back. We are a made-to-order brand, In case you wish to cancel the order you placed, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order is in production it can't be cancelled.
